IAED held its monthly event

On Thursday, April 15, 2021, the International Association for Economic Development event was held at the Embassy of Grenada in Moscow, which was attended by representatives of more than 25 diplomatic missions in Moscow, investment companies and private investors, representatives of international organizations.

The event was opened by the Director of the International Association for Economic Development Anastasia Barna. The results of fruitful work over the past month were evaluated and key tasks for the future were identified.

Chairman of the Board of Trustees, His Excellency Mr. Oleg Firer, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Grenada to the Russian Federation and the CIS countries, offered to international partners and members of the association to come up with project initiatives in the areas of import, export, investment in both B&G and B&B sectors.

Member of the Board of Trustees, His Excellency Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Malta to the Russian Federation - Pierre Clive Ajus spoke about the development of international economic relations in his speech.

Member of the Board of Trustees and Curator of the Department of Culture, Mr. Steven Seagal, supported the initiative in the field of international cultural exchange, which was crowned with the award of the Ivan Bunin literary prize for her devotion and work with Russian literature Her Excellency, Albu Assusenu Torres Mejia, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation, Nicaragua the author of a collection of poems in Russian. The prize was presented by Vladimir Georgievich Boyarinov - Russian poet, chairman of the Writers' Union of Russia, holder of the Order of Merit to the Fatherland, 1st degree.

At this event was presented: a project for the import of the Middle Volga scrap metal company, an investment project of the Republic of Bangladesh, a project for the export of Grenadian rum, spices and cocoa beans, products of the research and production enterprise "Vivaton".

As a result of the event, were appointed the working meetings in the areas of activity: export, import and investment by departments (industry, agriculture, medicine, sports, culture).
